Operational responsibility in various management cultures of global US corporations (Pepsi-Cola, Mars, Colgate-Palmolive) and medium-sized, family-owned German companies (Schwartauer Werke, Nordgetreide, CORVIS Green). Entrepreneurial mindset and working style with a clear focus on long-term value enhancement of the company. Excellent realization and implementation skills – „Execution Excellence“. Know-how in M&A in the organic food sector and start-ups (analyzed and evaluated more than 20 companies since 2017).

Played a key role in the selection and acquisition of eight organic food companies in 18 months (from initial contact to notary appointment) for CORVIS Green GmbH. Very good knowledge of the German organic food market, including contacts with the largest association, BIOLAND. Expertise in building sustainability structures (including certification) through long-term collaboration with the Center for Sustainable Corporate Management (ZNU), Witten-Herdecke. Over 20 years of experience in leading and collaborating with owner- and family-owned businesses. Development and implementation of growth strategies. In-depth industry knowledge of the German retail market and detailed knowledge of the development and distribution of branded and private label products.
