Tobias has been a strategist and consultant in the communications industry for 30 years. Over 20 of those years, he served as Managing Director and Partner at top German agencies like Tribal DDB and Grabarz XCT, one of Germany’s first specialized agencies for brand experience. Today, he runs his own company, focusing on brand experience.

His areas of expertise include brand management, retail marketing, CRM and data-driven marketing, digital communication, and live brand experiences. Throughout his career, he has successfully advised numerous top brands, including Deutsche Telekom (6 years), IKEA (9 years), Volkswagen (23 years), and many more.

In retail, his passion lies in conceptualizing and implementing brand experiences and the overall shopping experience, aiming to delight and retain customers long-term.
